Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.
Website refers to Alturas Supermarket Corporation, accessible from https://alturasbohol.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Each pet owner who wishes to bring his/her pet/s inside any of the Alturas Group of Companies Malls shall apply for a “Pet Access Card” at the mall’s Customer Service Counter, subject to the complete submission of requirements and the terms and conditions set out below:
All dogs and cats are welcome at any AGC Malls/Stores, provided that the pets do not exceed two (2) feet in height. Only common domesticated or household DOGS and CATS are allowed inside the mall or within mall premises.
All Pet Owners must proceed to our Customer Service Counter and get a Pet Access Card by presenting the original copy of your pet’s updated vaccination record plus a photocopy of the first page and the page containing anti-rabies vaccination, two 1”x1” colored photos of the pet. Fill out and sign the Pet Access form.
The Pet Access Card shall cover only one (1) pet and shall be valid only for one (1) year reckoned from the pet’s last date of anti-rabies vaccination. The Pet Access Card may be renewed at the Customer Service Counter after its validity date.
The Pet Access Card shall be presented to the mall entrance security guard upon entry of the Pet Owner and of the pet. The mall entrance security guard may refuse entry of expired Pet Access Card.
All Pet Owners are required to have their pets on a leash or in strollers within mall premises and must cover chairs with paper or cloth when dining at pet-friendly restaurants.
Pet Owners may check for ORANGE paw stickers on the door before entering a shop (which indicate your pet is welcome), cover the seats when dining with your pet, clean up after them (make them wear diapers to avoid accidents). All pets are highly encouraged to wear diapers while inside or within mall premises.
All Pet Owners must carry pets when riding up and down the escalators. (Pets are not allowed in the service elevator).
Pets are allowed within common areas of the mall—inside and outside.
All Pet Owners shall ensure that their pets are well-maintained. Thus, Pet Owners shall be responsible for the proper care of their pets. Pets must also be well-groomed and smell fresh upon entry to the Mall premises.
All Pet Owners are not allowed to leave their pets unattended. Pet Owners shall ensure that they shall have full control and exercise complete supervision over their pets at all times in order to ensure that their pets will not pose any damage, harm, danger nor injury to any person or property while inside or within mall premises.
In case of biting incidents, untoward acts of pets or any other accident-causing harm, damage or injury to third person, Pet Owners shall immediately attend to the victim and shall shoulder all medical expenses and incidental expenses relative to the victim’s injuries. Pet Owners who fail to shoulder the foregoing expenses may be held liable under applicable laws.
Any damage to the exterior or interior of the mall premises, grounds, floorings, walls, trim, finish, tiles, carpeting or any stains, etc., caused by pets shall be the full financial responsibility of the Pet Owners. All Pet Owners shall take full responsibility for any incident that may be caused, incurred by or involving their pets within the premises of the mall. The management shall be free from any and all liabilities for any injury to any person or damage to property of any kind whatsoever cause by or involving their pets or breach of this policy.
Any persons bringing pets in all AGC Malls (Island City Mall, Alturas Mall, Alta Citta, Plaza Marcela, Alturas Talibon) assumes the full legal responsibility, jointly and individually, with the owner of the pets for any damage, disease, or injury to persons, other pets or property, caused by the pet.
The Management of this mall establishment’s reserves the right to refuse entry to any pet that presents any risk to other humans and pets.
